What are your wax melts made of?
Our wax melts made using soy wax which is eco friendly, we use vegan and cruelty free fragrance oil and sprinkle with eco-friendly glitter.
How do I use them?
Our wax melts are perfect for tea light burners, we recommend using 4 hour tea lights. Electric burners are also suitable, however we do advise against using oil burners as they tend to overheat wax melts. We recommend 1 segment of our snap bars/snap pots per burn and 1 or 2 mini diamonds and hearts depending on the size of your burner, be careful not to overfill and enjoy the aromas!
How long do they burn for?
This will depend on your wax burner and how many segments you have chosen to burn at one time. They tend to last longer in electric burners due to the temperature difference with a tea light burner. Our scents consist of high, mid and base notes. Scents that are full of high notes will lose their fragrance quicker than those that mainly consist of low notes.
How do I clean the wax out of my burner?
There are many ways of doing this, but we swear by this method. Simply pop in a tea light or turn on your electric burner, wait until the wax just starts to heat underneath and press on the edge of the wax gently to pop it out. Using a cotton pad also works well!
How do I store them?
Our melts come ready packaged for perfect storage. We recommended a cool dry place, they will retain their scent for up to 12 months.

When will my order arrive?
Many of our melts, room sprays and reed diffusers are made-to-order. We aim to despatch within 7 working days - this may increase in busy times
